Appointment Types

blue_calendarWe offer two main types of appointments

  • Pre Booked routine appointments
  • Emergency and Acute Clinic appointments

If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to book a new appointment.

Pre-Booked Appointments

These are for follow up appointments with the Doctor of your choice, subject to availability, or for NEW problems which are not an acute medical problem.  These appointments will be available up to two weeks inadvance.

Emergency and Acute Clinic Appointments 

If you have an acute medical problem we will attempt to make you an appointment in our on the day Emergency and Acute Clinic. 

Please note you are registered as a patient of the practice , but you have the right to express a preference of which Doctor you see.  However if that doctor is not available due to administration or study leave, you will be offered an appointment with a different doctor.

How To See Your Doctor

To make an appointment, please call at the reception or telephone on 01257 262081.  The receptionist will ask you if your appointment is for a routine appointment  or an emergency/acute medical problem.

Cancelling Appointments

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please ensure you give at least  24 hours notice of cancellation.  You can do this by calling the practice or by using our online form

If you are unable to attend your appointment please ensure you cancel it.  By canceling your appointment we will be able to re-allocate clinician time to another patient.
