Patient Reference Group Annual Report 2012
Thank you to everyone who signed up to join our Patient Reference Group, completed questionnaires and attended PRG meetings at Library House Surgery. The feedback you have provided has helped us, in partnership with a sub group of the PRG, to develop an action plan. The action plan will put in place new services or improve on exiisting services at Library House Surgery .
We had an overwhelming response to our patient questionnaire. Over 230 patients completed the questionnaire and provided valuable feedback.
The PRG Annual report provides information on how we setup the PRG and the steps we took to agree on an action plan.
