Sorry to leave you hanging. Apologies, this morning (18/04/24) our telephone system seems to be suffering from an intermittent problem and you may have been accidentally cut off from our call queue. Our telephone provider is looking in to this as a matter of urgency, for now the telephone lines seem to be working, but if you were cut off you will need to redial.
