Ann’s role is to assist the nurses with the Chronic Disease Clinics and also to perform blood tests, Ecg’s and blood pressure checks, made by appointment only

Administration

Team of Practice Secretaries - whose role is to send off referrals to the various hospitals etc and deal with any queries appertaining to this.

The surgery in line with NHS commitments now has to deal with a large amount of data input, our administrators enter this information on computer and deal with call and recall of patients to the surgery.
