Text and Online Support
Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 mental health text support service available to people across the United Kingdom. It offers immediate assistance to individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, loneliness, or crisis via text message, providing access to trained volunteer responders. The service is operated by the charity Mental Health Innovations, which develops digital tools to enhance nationwide mental health support. Confidential support by text message, 24 hours a day.

Kooth provides free online, NHS mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged 11 to 25.
Support includes:

- online chat and messaging
- peer support forums
- wellbeing activities and advice
The Hub of Hope is the UK's largest national database of mental health support services. Operated by the charity Chasing the Stigma, it brings together local, national, peer, community, private, and NHS services in a single, searchable platform accessible via website and mobile app.
Each year, hundreds of thousands of users rely on the Hub to locate appropriate support for themselves or others, reducing barriers to help-seeking and promoting early intervention in mental health care.
